  • Responsible for all aspects of technology in both front-end (camera systems, vehicle detection, illumination, etc.) and back-end technologies (Information System, Enterprise Applications, Processing Systems, Disaster Recovery, etc.).
  • Responsible for vision, architecture and product development, software development and IT structure. Managed and mentored staff of 25 professionals with a budget of over $2.5M.
  • Managed the corporate IT infrastructure move to new facility, including the upgrade of supporting infrastructure to ensure scalability. Completed 25% faster than planned.
  • Created and chaired the company’s first Compliance Committee for product and solution delivery. This included the development of the committee charter and its formalized processes.
  • Brought an internally-developed enterprise application to production. Repurposed resources and hired new resources with appropriate skills and project managed through completion. Allows facility scalability for data processing.
  • Spearheaded delivery of first scalable front-end camera system for mobile camera platform. Included hardware development and low-level software development.
  • Managed budgets for IT systems and R&D product development. Managed the implementation of low-cost solutions through system consolidation and virtualization technologies.
  • Co-developed the industry’s first minimum performance specifications.
  • Managed the development of the industry’s first Mobile Red Light infringement photo enforcement system.

  • Co-developed of the industry’s first minimum performance specifications.
  • Developed Company’s first non-intrusive vehicle detection system.
  • Developed industries first mobile red light infringement monitoring system; a 100% mobile system using non-intrusive detections systems, and battery / hybrid power systems, allowed operators to move enforcement to multiple areas within a municipality using the same equipment.

  • Co-developed the company’s first high resolution digital camera system, the first of its kind in the industry.
  • Developed the company’s first compact photo enforcement system, a reduction in volume of ~60% to be used in a toll enforcement application.
  • Developed the company’s first collision avoidance system to reduce the chance of a side impact of infringing vehicles at red light intersections.
  • Reduced system costs of core components by ~70% while increasing their stability by ~200%.
